In order to use the ebookers Desktop Calendar or Online Calendar, we ask you to provide us first with some personal information such as your name and email address and your travel interests. We also ask you to choose a login name and password, which you will use to access your calendar.
We need your e-mail address in order to send you customer service emails and to send you ebookers email newsletter should you select this option. If you do not wish to continue to receive these travel offers by email, you can opt out at anytime - see our Opt Out policy described below.
We log domain names and/or IP addresses, and browser type for our internal site traffic statistics. IP addresses, etc. are not tied to personally identifiable information.
We use cookies to monitor which parts of the Site are more interesting to you. We ask about your personal travel preferences so that we can send you more targeted offers in the future – which suit your interests best.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through ebookers.com, after clicking on a travel offer in your calendar, we provide information about you to our ticketing agent, Flightbookers Ltd. To process your order we will share some of your personally identifiable information with the airline, car rental agency, hotel, or other involved third party. We will provide only the personally identifiable information necessary to ensure the successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements. Also, as an example, the airlines will need name, age, and phone number in case of a cancelled flight, but they may use this information only for contract fulfilment. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, we also pass your card details to our bank for authorisation of the transaction and for payment.
We do not sell customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. Occasionally, ebookers.com will hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and contest entry processing and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project.
